How the Business Compounds

The loop the business runs on, the path a customer travels from first contact to an expanding account, and what ships over the eighteen months this round funds. Generated from one data file beside the round terms, so the roadmap horizon is the round’s own plan and every milestone is tied to a use-of-funds line.

The business flywheel

Six stages, each an action that feeds the next. The stage this round buys is marked.

  1. Land a defined campaign where speed and cost are the deciding factors.
  2. Produce it through the five-phase workflow, at broadcast standard, under a named human director.
  3. Every production adds codified workflow, trained agents and reusable assets to the knowledge base, so the next one takes less to make.
  4. The finished work is published and attributable, so the next buyer can inspect the standard before committing.
  5. Satisfied project clients convert onto monthly retainers, and agencies bring their own clients’ work through the same channel.
  6. Recurring billing and framework leverage pay for more human production capacity — the input this round buys, at 53% of use of funds — which lets the loop take more work without lengthening delivery. Funded by this round

The customer funnel

Not one stage carries a conversion rate, because not one is published. Each states instead what the figure would rest on: our own records, which are available to investors on request, or a plan assumption, labelled as such.

Roadmap

Three six-month windows over the eighteen-month plan this round funds, relative to close. Four swimlanes, each item tied to the use-of-funds line that pays for it. A marked item is a milestone.

Everything on this roadmap is a forward-looking statement. The dates are relative to close because no date is published; the milestones are what we intend to reach with this money, not commitments and not results. The one exception is the first team line: the minimum viable close of US$100,000 funds exactly that hiring and nothing further, which is stated on /investors/faq/ as well.
