A human producer, from the moment you order

As soon as your order is placed, a real human producer is assigned to your project. Your producer contacts you and stays available to you throughout, however you choose to work.

Step by step

What you do at each step, and what happens on our side.

Phase 1Place your order

  1. 01Choose your deal and plan

    Pick a seasonal deal and the plan that fits your campaign: the pieces you need, how many campaigns, and standard or express delivery.

  2. 02Pay

    Pay the deposit online by card on cemi.media, or pay by wire transfer and send us the proof. Your production opens in the Studio as soon as the payment is received.

Phase 2Set up your project

  1. 03Enter the Studio’s creative area

    You get access to the creative area of your production at studio.cemi.media. From now on, that is where your production lives.

  2. 04Tell us what you want

    A line, a paragraph, a voice note, an image or a sketch: send it however it comes to you. Or use the wizard, the simple one to go fast or the detailed one to settle every point. We turn it into a complete brief for your approval.

  3. 05Your brand, product or topic

    Share the brief you already have for your brand, product or topic. Or just give us names and references, and we build it for you.

  4. 06Approve the briefs

    Three briefs, for your review and approval:

    • The Brand brief.
    • The Product, persona or topic brief.
    • The Project brief: our interpretation of your requirement.

  5. 07Choose your crewOptional

    Pick your crew from a roster of seasoned AI creatives. They are AI, and labelled as AI: they propose, and the decisions stay yours.

Phase 3Shape the creative

Here the path forks. Lead the creative yourself, step by step, or leave it to us. Both paths end at the same sign-off.

Take the lead on any or all of the creative steps: the proposal, style and moodboard, the script, the storyboards, the voice and the cast. We handle every step you skip.

  1. 08Creative proposal, style and moodboard

    Generate versions of the creative proposal, the style and the moodboard, and compare them side by side until one convinces you, before production starts.

  2. 09Script

    Review the script, give feedback or generate it again, until you approve it.

  3. 10Storyboards

    As pencil sketches, illustration or cinematic images. Review them, give feedback or regenerate them, until you approve them.

  4. 11Choose or clone a voice

    Pick a voice from the library, or clone one.

    Cloning a voice requires the written consent of the person whose voice it is. Without that consent, we do not clone it.

  5. 12Cast your characters

    Generate your cast and characters, or choose them from our casting bench.

We do all of the creative interpretation and preparation of path 3a for you, within 48 hours: the proposal, style and moodboard, the script, the storyboards, the voice and the cast. You review and approve what we propose.

    Whichever path you took, you approve every element above: the briefs, the crew, the proposal, the script, the storyboards, the voice and the cast. What you sign off is what gets made.

Phase 4Production

    From your sign-off on, everything is made by hand: tailored to you and carefully produced by human creatives and artists.

  2. 15Follow along in real time

    Until delivery, you have real-time access to the assets, drafts and media of your production, to approve, comment and give feedback as it takes shape.

  3. 16Approve and receive

    You approve the final production and receive all of its versions and derivatives.
