Born in the coldest town in the Caribbean to a Dominican-Japanese father and a Dominican-Spanish mother, raised between castañuelas, shamisen and perico ripiao. Salsa urbana is the genre she created to hold all of it. Her debut album ¡Que Viva la Reina! spans Spanish, English and Japanese.
