Casa Simón
Simón López, architect
The architect had already modelled the house. We reinterpreted his own walkthrough as a photorealistic tropical film — same house, same composition, same red door and green shutters — so a client could see the building instead of reading a drawing.
The Architect's Model
ReferenceSimón López's original 3D walkthrough: accurate massing, materials and layout, presented the way architectural models usually are — legible to an architect, abstract to a client.
What We Created
CEMI MediaThe same walkthrough rendered as a place: tropical light, real vegetation, weathered stone, a sky that moves. Nothing about the architecture changed — only whether you can feel it.
The Problem
A 3D model communicates precisely to people trained to read one. Clients are not, and a grey massing render asks them to imagine the part that actually sells the house.
The Constraint
Fidelity to the architect's work. Every proportion, opening and material stays exactly as designed — this is his building, presented properly, not a redesign.
The Result
A walkthrough an architect can hand to a client, a bank or a buyer without translation — produced with the CEMI MediaMax framework in a fraction of conventional archviz time and cost.
Have a project that deserves to be seen?
We turn models and drawings into films clients understand — without changing a millimetre of the design.
